Baystaters Club Membership Application Form
MEMBERSHIP is RESTRICTED. Due to varying arrival
dates of our Winter Friends, monthly attendance is limited to 250 members - that's
the Fire Dept. restriction of our meeting size at any time.
Application Information
Membership is open to anyone who has ever lived in Massachusetts! UPON ACCEPTANCE
New members pay a total of $10.00 per person per year. Also,
there is a 'one time' fee of $7.00 Per Person for a required Club Badge.
